In February 2007, Emanuel DeMutis filed suit in Chester County against “www.watchingphoenixville.com” leading to the ‘outing’ of blog author in April 2007.

Most intriguing. The borough solicitor was asked by whom? When and where was this request made? Did the borough bill us for this activity? Please more information, Mr. Breuer. That is, if you won't be sued for revealing actual facts.

I think that at this point you should just ask your Council Member for the details. With a little effort, he or she should be able to find out.
Richard, I don't think this is the time to be coy -- especially as this would put Ken in the position of asking for documentation investigating him which is just going to give the Borough folks more reasons to delay.
If there was a request, let's see the documents that answer the first poster's questions.
"Messlomo-Fascism". Haven't we heard of this somewhere else?
all public expenditures, i.e. legal bills from Attorneys are covered under the freedom of information act, as well as the public records laws of pennsylvania. go to the borough and make a request for a copy of the solicitor bills
