The recent proposed 2009 budget presented by Borough staff on November 3rd calls for a $50K increase in the salaries and wages line in the executive department -- an increase of about 30%.

Your usual steller budget breakdown and analysis effort Richard. I'm sure it takes you a very long time to execute it and is worth far more than you, or we for that matter, ever see in return. Hopefully Council actually reads it and follows through. Thank you!
