It's March 16th. The Borough's now-official website still doesn't carry a single set of minutes for this year.
There must certainly be a reason.
The problem is that there's no good reason.
Why should Phoenixville tolerate more government in secret?

last time i called the number listed for President Wagner it was not in use. is it the correct number?
The now supposedly official Phoenixville website lists Council President Wagner's phone as 484-363-4956. If Mr. Wagner doesn't answer his phone, you may need to knock on his door. That address is on supposedly official Borough website also.

You would think that Council President Wagner would correct the phone number. When you call 484-363-4956 you will receive the message "this number is not in use". Yes the website does list his address
Yes, Ed, Councilman Senley does summarize the meetings. That does not mean that the minutes, which are the official record of Council's actions, should not be on the Borough's website.
The minutes should certainly have a higher importance than the Easter Egg hunt or the link to one of the local gun clubs.

Where is Henry? Why does Henry not lead? Why will no one follow Henry? Where is Henry? If his phone# is bad, is his address? Where is Henry? Even when he is at the hall, he's not there at all! I attempted to contact Henry at the number listed on the Borough's website to discuss the parking authority and I can confirm that the number is disconnected..
