Do you think the Vale Rio would fit inside the Foundry?

Seriously.

Yes, but I would rather it was parked across the street. It would draw people down Main Street and then the whole field could be covered in gravel and our parking problems would be solved -- without a parking garage!

Only if they promise to outline the edges of the building with pink neon. Seriously.

Well, at the least a very expensive building would actually have something in it.

That isn't true . . . The Foundry has a tree growing inside of it.

The Foundry is owned by a private company, and will be put to good use. The rio needs to be seen , not shoved inside a building.WHY DO WE NEED MORE PHARMACIES ANYWAY?

LOLOL!!!! Talk about a clash of cultures!

Why not relocate up on the North Side off Freemont Street by Franklin Commons? Students, locals, parking.

I like the north side idea. The Bridge Street commerical/historical district seems to be doing just fine. We need to encourage developement such that that district's success expands.

That new development up on the north side has plenty of new residents, and the Franklin Commons development bodes well for all of North Phoenixville. I think that's brilliant.

That said, what's wrong again with the Rt. 23 location they have in mind?

I wonder how the code office will allow this to be placed on a residential property (even if it IS designated as a commercial property).

I can't keep junk cars in my back yard in town.

If it did fit inside, the rent to leave it there would be astronomical. The Val would have to serve several tons of food a day just to pay the rent.

NO , BUT IT WILL FIT INSIDE YOUR BIG SMARTASS MOUTH , I MEAN THE OWNER OF THIS BLOG.

If the Vale is on wheels and is considered a vehicle, didn't Blogwalter get an ordinance past for junk vehicles to be removed from private property so as not to junk up the neighborhoods?

Every day when I wake up in the morning I say to myself, THIS will be the day! Then it isn't. Please save me from this daily dose of no commentary induced depression. You haven't written anything since February! Richard, when will you write something new?

Someday, hopefully soon, the Borough Code manual might be available on the internet. Too bad it's not right now. I'd like to know what section of the code gives Puleo the right to keep the shell of the diner on his property.

Where's the code officer when you need him?

I'm new in town and trying to learn my way around. Can you tell me where this Vale Rio is so I can go see it? Will have to walk as my car is in the shop.
