West Chester recently rejected as infeasible the construction of a minor league baseball stadium in that borough. The stories in the Daily Local News of October 21, 2010 and January 4, February 8, and February 14 of this year report the course of West Chester's deliberations.
So you knew that it was only a question of time until someone would try to bring the project to Phoenixville.
Aren't they still busy building the one-track Green Line or lending their expertise to the Parking Authority?
How long will it be before they start banging the cup for public money and tax breaks?
