The Borough's website continues its tradition of being incomplete and just plain wrong.
Although the 2009 proposed budget was eventually posted (last year), now that a budget actually has been approved, it has vanished from sight.
The "Agendas and Meetings" page states the Council meeting schedule incorrectly as being "the first Tuesday after the second Monday," even though Council has changed it to be simply the second Tuesday.

There's also no space for Committee Meeting Agendas -- only Council Meetings. What's up with that?
The borough has no real IT person to keep up with this site. Steve Nease seems to be the brains behind it all. Im sure the budget doesn't allow it.
For a fraction of the $625,000 contract for the CDC a part-time clerk or an recently laid-off Phoenixville resident with minimal computer skills could log and do the job.
Seems it's more important to throw money downtown than it is to keep the public informed.
I seem to recall the Boro created and IT/Web Site Comittee who seem to be doing a bang up job.....just like everything else.
